FourthFest 2026 - Market Vendor Registration (Nonprofit ONLY)
The City of Westlake Annual FourthFest is Saturday, July 4, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. A $50.00 non profit vendor fee is due no later than FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026 to participate as a market vendor and must be paid online upon completion of registration. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. A secure link is available after submitting form below on the registrtion confirmation page. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors will be provided a 10 x 10 tent, table and 2 chairs. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
