Important Traffic Notice for the 4th Annual Holiday Pop-Up Market - Sunday, December 7, 2025

As we prepare to welcome residents and visitors to the City of Westlake’s 4th Annual Holiday Pop-Up Market on Sunday, December 7, 2025, we want to ensure everyone is informed about temporary traffic adjustments planned to keep all attendees safe.

Below are the road closures and detours that will be in effect during the event:

Sky Cove South Residents

Please be aware of the following changes when entering or exiting the community:

• Sand Bar Drive Detour: When exiting the development via Sand Bar Drive, residents will be required to make left turns only.
• Ilex Way Closure (North): Ilex Way, just north of Sand Bar Drive, will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the Holiday Market.
• Ilex Way Closure (South): Ilex Way, just south of Persimmon Boulevard, will also be closed to thru traffic.
• Directional Signage: Clear signage will be placed at all entrances and exits of Sky Cove South to guide both residents and visitors during the closures.

For All Westlake Residents

• Traffic Delays Expected: Please anticipate delays along Persimmon Boulevard due to increased event activity.
• Detour Guidance: Directional signage will be positioned along key routes to assist drivers with navigating detours safely and efficiently.
