FourthFest 2026 - Market Vendor Registration
The City of Westlake Annual FourthFest is Saturday, July 4, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. A $75.00 Vendor Fee is due upon registration. A secure link is available after submitting form below on the registration confirmation page. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
If space is available, Vendors will be allowed to pay an extra $75 fee to add on an additional 10 by 10 space.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors will be provided a 10 x 10 tent, table and 2 chairs. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
