WESTLAKE’S WINTER WONDERLAND:

HOLIDAY POP-UP MARKET RETURNS WITH NEW LOCATION TO ACCOMMODATE RECORD TURNOUT

Sunday, December 7 - Noon to 4 PM

WESTLAKE, FL – Westlake’s most festive community tradition is back. The 4th Annual Holiday Pop-Up Market returns Sunday, December 7, from 12 to 4 p.m., and thanks to overwhelming participation and a record number of vendors and food trucks, the event is moving to a new location.

This year’s celebration will take place on Ilex Way, off Persimmon Blvd., just a short distance from the original location. Guests should look for event signage off Seminole Pratt Whitney Road and Persimmon Blvd. for convenient access and parking.

A Holiday Experience for the Whole Family

Families can expect a full afternoon of festive fun, including:

• Santa meet-and-greet and photo ops
• DJ spinning your holiday favorites
• Santa Station – Send a Letter to Santa
• Game Truck
• Foam “snowfall” experience
• Giant inflatable snow globe — the ULTIMATE holiday photo moment

Shop Local & Support Small Businesses

With its biggest lineup yet, more than 70 vendors and food trucks, the Holiday Pop-Up Market has become a go-to destination for local holiday shopping. Guests can browse:

• Handcrafted gifts and keepsakes
• Seasonal décor and ornaments
• Jewelry, apparel, and unique artisan-made finds
• Delicious food truck bites and sweet holiday treats

Temporary Road Closures

To ensure the safety of pedestrians and event participants, temporary road closures will be in place:

Road Closure Details

Date:               Sunday, December 7, 2025

Location:        Ilex Way (Between Persimmon and Sand Bar Drive)

Time:              9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sky Cove South Residents

• Please expect a detour when exiting the development from Sand Bar Drive. Residents will be permitted to make left turns only.
• Ilex Way, just north of Sand Bar Drive will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the Holiday Market.
• Ilex Way, just south of Persimmon Boulevard will also be closed to thru traffic.
• Signage will be located at the entrances and exits of Sky Cove South to guide residents and visitors during the closing.

For All Residents

• Expect traffic delays along Persimmon Boulevard due to event activity.
• Directional signage will be posted along the route to assist with detours.
