News on Behalf of Seminole Improvement District - Online Customer Portal OUTAGE

 

To All Our Valued Customers,

Seminole Improvement District’s vendor for the online water customer portal is experiencing a temporary outage. Their customer service agents are available by phone for follow-up requests Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 877-794-7721.

In person water payments and drop box payments are available at the Seminole Improvement District (SID) office, for customers wishing to make a water payment during this outage.

The SID office and drop box are located at:

  • In person water payments must made with checks, money orders, or credit/debit cards (excluding American Express). SID office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • SID drop box water payments must be a check or money order with the account number and/or address listed. The SID drop box is available Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The mail in Lockbox is operational and is processing payments.

SID staff is sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and is here to help you as needed.
