Concerns Raised Over Inconsistent and Unsecure Mail Delivery Practices
Westlake, FL — A growing number of residents have reported issues with mail not being delivered and/or left in improper or unsecure locations. These issues raise serious concerns about the security and reliability of essential mail services.
Residents are encouraged to take action and report any incidents to the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure the matter is properly addressed.
To assist in improving service, residents are urged to file complaints using the appropriate USPS online portals:
- Concerns regarding a mail carrier’s conduct or behavior should be reported at: https://emailus.usps.com/s/personnel-inquiry
- Issues related to mail delivery service, such as missed deliveries, misplacement, or late mail, should be submitted at: https://emailus.usps.com/s/daily-mail-delivery-inquiry
When submitting a complaint, please collect and provide detailed information including:
- Date and time of the incident
- Address affected
- Description of the issue
